What a Delta 9 gummy from Budbo is

Delta 9 THC is the cannabinoid that gets you high. Ours comes from hemp rather than marijuana, which is a legal distinction, not a chemical one: the molecule in a Budbo gummy is the same Delta 9 you would find in a dispensary edible. Each gummy carries 20 mg, which is a full adult dose, and each pack holds ten.

The three gummies share a dose and differ in character. Day Breaker is sativa-based and built for daytime energy. Alpha Euphoric is hybrid-based and sits in the middle. Night Crawler is indica-based and made for the end of the day. If you want all three on hand, the Gummy Set bundles them.

Why hemp-derived Delta 9 gummies are legal

The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as cannabis with no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. That limit is a percentage of the whole product, not a cap on milligrams: 0.3% works out to 3 mg of THC for every gram of gummy. A 20 mg gummy stays under the line by being heavy enough, roughly 7 g or more, which is why hemp gummies are larger than their dispensary cousins. That is the entire mechanism, and it is why these gummies can ship to most states through the mail while dispensary products cannot.

Congress changed the federal definition in late 2025, with the change taking effect in late 2026. We keep a plain-language tracker on what the hemp ban changes and when, and a guide to where Delta 9 is legal today, state by state.

How to dose a 20 mg gummy

If you have never had an edible, start with a quarter gummy. That is 5 mg. Half a gummy (10 mg) suits someone with some experience. A whole piece is for people who already know how 10 mg feels. Edibles take 30 minutes to two hours to arrive and last four to eight hours, so wait a full two hours before deciding to take more. The gummies cut cleanly with a knife.

Our first-timer dosing guide walks through the evening step by step, and the edible dosage chart shows what each band from 5 mg to 100 mg feels like.

Frequently asked questions

Are Delta 9 gummies legal?
Yes, at the federal level. Hemp-derived Delta 9 THC products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill when they contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, which is 3 mg per gram of gummy. Some states add their own limits, and the federal definition changes in late 2026, so check our state guides before you order.
How strong is a 20 mg Delta 9 gummy?
Twenty milligrams is a full dose for a regular consumer and more than a first-timer needs. If you are new to edibles, start with a quarter gummy (5 mg), wait two hours, and only then take more.
How long do Delta 9 gummies take to kick in?
Most people feel an edible in 30 minutes to two hours, with the peak two to three hours after eating and effects lasting four to eight hours. Food in your stomach slows the onset; an empty stomach speeds it up.
Will Delta 9 gummies show up on a drug test?
Yes. Hemp-derived Delta 9 is the same THC molecule a drug test screens for. If you are tested for work, do not use them.
Where does Budbo ship?
Everywhere in the United States except Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon and Rhode Island, in unmarked, smell-proof packaging with tracking. Orders require an adult 21 or over.
